Guardianship/Conservatorship
When someone is incapacitated and they do not have Powers of Attorney
in place for their finances or their health care, they may face living
probate. Living probate is the process of appointing a guardian (to make
health care decisions) and/or a conservator (to make financial decisions).
Both conservator and guardian are court appointed. If you believe a loved
one needs a guardian or conservator, or if a guardianship/conservatorship
has been filed against you or a loved one, we can help your family with
this legal process.
